Vimal Oil & Foods Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 11, 2016, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Quarterly Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone) for the Quarter ended on June 30, 2016. Further, in accordance with the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in terms of the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the trading window, for dealing in Shares of the Company, will be closed for all Designated Employee(s)/ Insiders (as defined in the code) for a period starting from July 30, 2016 and ending on the completion of 48 hours.
