Indraprastha Gas Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on August 22, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2016. The Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed w.e.f. August 15, 2016 till the expiry of 48 hours after the Unaudited Financial Results are made public on August 22, 2016.
