Saamya Biotech India Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 13, 2016, inter alia, to consider for the following business: - To consider, approve and take on record the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2016. Further, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for all Promoters / Directors / Officers / Designated Employees of the Company covered under the Code is closed with immediate effect from August 09, 2016 till 48 hours from the date of declaration of un-audited financial results for the quarter ended mentioned above (both days inclusive) as per the Code of Conduct of the Company under the SEBI Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 2015.
