Ganga Papers India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 26, 2016, inter alia, to consider approve and take on record the following matters: 1. To approve and adopt the Board report for the F.Y. 2015-16 2. To fix date, place and time for conducting 32nd Annual General Meeting of the Company. 3. To consider and approve the draft notice of Annual General Meeting of the Company. Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in terms of the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the Companys securities would be closed from 20th August, 2016 to 28th August, 2016.
