Sujana Universal Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be Scheduled to be held on August 27, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the following; 1. Un-Audited Financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2016 along with limited review report. 2. The draft notice of the 27th Annual General Meeting of the Company and to fix the date, venue therefor. Further, pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading (Code), the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors/Officers/Designated Employees of the Company from August 22, 2016 to August 29, 2016 (both days inclusive).
