Maharashtra Scooters Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on October 03, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ending on September 30, 2016. Further, pursuant to Company’s Code of Conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company would remain closed from October 01, 2016 to October 28, 2016, both days inclusive, for the Directors / officials and Designated persons of the company, who have already been informed to that effect.
