Vinyl Chemicals (India) Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 08, 2016, inter alia, to consider the Unaudited Financial Results (Provisional) for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016. Further, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor & Report Trading by Employees & other Related Persons, the Trading Window of the Company will remain closed from September 30, 2016 till November 10, 2016 for the purpose of the above Board Meeting.
