Infomedia Press Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 14, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016. On account of this, the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company for the Insiders, covered under the Company’s “Code to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders”, shall remain closed from October 07, 2016 (from the time of this announcement) to the closing of the business hours on October 16, 2016 on account of declaration of the aforesaid financial results of the Company.
