Jay Bharat Maruti Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 15, 2016, inter alia, to consider the un-audited Financial Results for the 2nd Quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016. Further, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company shall remain close for Directors/ Officers / designated employee of the Company from October 08, 2016 until the end of 48 hours after the results are made public on October 15, 2016.
