Vaibhav Global Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 28, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2016. Further, as per Code of Conduct, framed under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company will be closed from October 14, 2016 till October 30, 2016 i.e. after forty eight hours from the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2016.
