Aqua Pumps Infra Ventures Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is to be held on October 14, 2016, inter alia, to consider the following business: - To consider and adopt the Un-audited Financial Accounts for the Quarter and Half Year Ended on September 30, 2016. Further, in view of the above, the Trading Window for dealing in the Companys scrip by the directors and designated employees of the Company will remain closed from October 14, 2016 to October 18, 2016 (both days inclusive) in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
