Shree Digvijay Cement Company Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 03, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on September 30, 2016. Further, in terms of the Company’s Insider Trading Code for regulating, monitoring & reporting of trading by Insiders (Code) framed under Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations,2015 "Trading Window” for dealing in shares / securities of the Company shall remain closed for all “Directors/Designated Employees/Persons” (as defined in the Code) from October 10, 2016 to November 05, 2016 (both days inclusive) in connection with the above corporate event.
