Greenlam Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Company will be held on October 18, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016. Further, pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, that the Trading Window is closed for the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives with immediate effect on October 10, 2016 and will be reopened on October 20, 2016 after expiry of 48 hours of submitting the above referred Financial Results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges on October 18, 2016.
