Indian Oil Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that a Board Meeting of the Company is scheduled on October 27, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter ended September 30, 2016 (Q2). Further, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of IndianOil would remain closed from October 13, 2016 to October 29, 2016 for all connected persons as per Insider Trading code of the Company. The Insider Trading Code is hosted on Companys website www.iocl.com.
