Maral Overseas Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on October 27, 2016 to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended the September 30, 2016. Further, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the Shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors and designated Employees and their dependents from October 12, 2016 to October 29, 2016 (both days inclusive).
