RPG Life Sciences Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on October 21, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2016. Further, as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the Code of Fair Disclosure, Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of trading by insiders (the Code), the Trading Window for trading in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel and Designated Persons of the Company from October 14, 2016 to October 24, 2016 (both days inclusive).
