Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 25, 2016, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016 (Q2). Further, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all specified persons of the Company from October 14, 2016 to October 27, 2016 (both days inclusive).
