Jenburkt Pharmaceuticals Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on October 22, 2016, inter alia, to take on record the unaudited results for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2016. Further, pursuant to the Company’s Prohibition of Insider Trading Code 2015 the trading window will remain closed for all the trades by the Insider on the exchange from October 14, 2016 till 48 hours of dissemination or making public the price sensitive information, in terms of the said code.
