Menon Pistons Ltd has informed BSE that a Board Meeting of the Company is to be held on October 27, 2016, inter alia, consider and approve the Standalone Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half financial year ended on September 30, 2016. Further, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the terms of “Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders" of the Company, the trading window shall remain closed from October 14, 2016 to October 28, 2016 (both days inclusive) for specified/designated persons as defined in the Code.
