NR Agarwal Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is being convened on October 28, 2016, inter alia, to approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016. Pursuant to Company’s Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in the Company’s securities would be now closed with immediate effect to closure of Company’ business hours on November 01, 2016.
