Visaka Industries Ltd has informed BSE that next meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on October 25, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the audited financial results of the Company for the second quarter / half year ended September 30, 2016. Further, in above connection the trading window of the Company will remain closed for the period from October 18, 2016 to October 27, 2016.
