Ortel Communications Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company shall be held on October 25, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve un-audited financial results of the Company for the second quarter ended September 30, 2016. Further, the Company has decided that the trading window for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for all directors and designated employees with effect from October 15, 2016 till end of 48 hours after the results are made public.
