Creative Castings Ltd has informed BSE that the next meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will held on October 22, 2016, inter alia, to consider the following items: - To discuss and approval of unaudited financial statement for the Second quarter ended on September 30, 2016 along with Half Yearly statement of Assets & Liability and Limited Review Report received from the Auditors of the Company; Trading window closure notice: Moreover, as per the provisions of the Companys Code for Prevention for Insider Trading & SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, trading window will remain closed, for dealing/trading in the shares of the Company by insiders, from October 15, 2016 (inclusive). Further, the Trading Window will open 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on September 30, 2016.
