Raj Television Network Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 28, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the 2nd Quarter of the Financial Year 2016-17 and the half year ended on September 30, 2016 along with other Agenda. Further, the Trading Window for dealing in the Company’s securities by the Directors and Designated Employees of the Company will remain closed from October 24, 2016 in terms of the Company’s Code of Prevention of Insider Trading, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, shall remain closed until October 30, 2016.
