Comfort Commotrade Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors and other Committees of Comfort Commotrade Limited will be held on November 05, 2016, inter alia, to transact the following business: 1. To approve the Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter Ended September 30, 2016. Further, the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company for all Designated Employees (including Directors) shall remain closed and shall reopen after the expiry of 48 hours from the time of publication of the aforesaid Financial Results. Hence all Designated Employees (including Directors) shall not deal in any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
