Sical Logistics Ltd has informed BSE that the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2016 in accordance with Regulation 33[2] of the SEBI [Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements] Regulations, 2015 will be taken up for approval and authentication by the Board of Directors of the Company on November 07, 2016 Also the Trading Window as per the Code of Conduct for Insider Trading of the Company shall remain closed from October 28, 2016 to November 09, 2016 [both days inclusive].
