Magma Fincorp Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 03, 2016, inter alia, to take on record and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone as well as Consolidated) for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016. Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations and in view of the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016, the Trading Window under the Companys "Code of Conduct For Prohibition of Insider Trading (A Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders)" (Code) shall remain closed for dealing in securities of the Company for the designated persons and their immediate relatives defined in the Code with immediate effect from October 26, 2016 to November 05, 2016 (both days inclusive).
