Trimurthi Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the board of directors of the Company will be held on November 05, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Quarterly results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2016. In this connection, as per the Companys Code of conduct for prevention of insider trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for directors/officers/Designated Employees of the Company from October 28, 2016 to November 07, 2016 (both days inclusive).
