Shree Ajit Pulp And Paper Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 12, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company, for the Second quarter and Half year ended September 30, 2016. It is further Pursuant to Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the Company’s securities would be closed for all Directors / KMPs / officers and designated employees from November 05, 2016 to after 48 hours the results are made available to public on November 12, 2016.
