Goodluck India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 11, 2016, inter-alia, to consider the unaudited financial results for the half year/quarter ended on September 30, 2016. Pursuant to the forthcoming meeting of the Board of Directors to consider the unaudited financial results, the trading window will be closed from November 01, 2016 and will end 48 hours after the results are made public on November 11, 2016.
