S V Global Mill Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be convened on November 09, 2016, inter alia, to consider other subjects, to approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter / half year ended September 30, 2016. In view of the above, the trading window for dealing in the Companys scrips by the Directors and designated employees of the Company will remain closed from November 04, 2016 to November 11, 2016 (both days inclusive), in terms of the Companys Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
