Svarnim Trade Udyog Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 11, 2016, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record, the Unaudited Audited Financial Results along with Limited Review Report of the Company for the quarter ended on September 30, 2016. Further, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, as amended & Companys Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting Trading by Insiders in its securities, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company will be closed for the aforesaid purpose with effect from November 02, 2016, to November 13, 2016 (both days inclusive).
