Servalakshmi Paper Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company shall be held on November 11, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the 2nd quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016. Further, In compliance with the Company’s ‘Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading’ formed under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the Trading Window will remain close from November 02, 2016 to November 13, 2016 (both days inclusive) for Directors, Designated employees, and their dependents and family members.
