Odyssey Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been scheduled to be held on November 09, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and six months ended on September 30, 2016. The Trading Window shall be opened after passing of 48 hours of conclusion of Board Meeting in which the Financial Results as above are approved.
