OFS Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors is being convened on November 11, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited (limited reviewed) standalone financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2016. Further, in terms of the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for trading in the Companys securities for all the connected/designated persons shall remain closed from November 04, 2016 till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company, i.e. November 13, 2016 (both days inclusive).
