Pro Fin Capital Services Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on November 11, 2016, to consider Un-Audited Financial Results for the 2nd quarter ended on September 30, 2016 (Q2) for the financial year ended on March 31, 2017. Further, the Company s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the 2nd Quarter ended on September 30, 2016 for all the officers and Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company from November 01, 2016 till November 13, 2016 i.e., 48 (Forty Eight) hours after the announcement of the Financial Results of the Company i.e., November 11, 2016 to the Stock Exchange (both days inclusive). Accordingly, the Promoters, Directors, Designated Employees and all persons covered under the Code have been advised not to deal in the securities of the Company from November 01, 2016 to November 13, 2016 (both days inclusive).
