Hisar Spinning Mills Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on September 30, 2016. Further, pursuant to the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window shall remain closed from November 06, 2016 to November 16, 2016 (both days inclusive). During the aforesaid period, the directors and designated employees cannot deal (either purchase or sale) in the shares-of the Company.
