Chamak Holdings Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 10, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine months ended September 30, 2016. Further in terms of (SEBI Prohibition of Insider Trading ) Regulations and Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the Trading Window of the Company will remain closed for trading in the Securities of the Company by Directors, Officers, KMPs, Designated Persons from November 02, 2016 to November 12, 2016.
