Mudunuru Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2016, to consider the following: - Un-audited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2016. Further, as per the Companys internal Code for Prevention of Insider Trading (as amended w.e.f. May 09, 2015) the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for the Companys Directors / Officers and designated employees of the Company from November 05, 2016 and will re-open 48 hours after the publication of the quarterly un-audited financial results to the public in the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on November 14, 2016.
