Twentyfirst Century Management Services Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 11, 2016, to consider and approve the Unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2016. Further, in terms of the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company for prevention of Insider Trading read with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window for dealing in Equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors, Officers, Designated Employees of the Company from November 02, 2016 to November 14, 2016 (both days inclusive) and the same has been communicated to the Directors and Management of the Company.
