Almondz Global Securities Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 10, 2016, inter alia, to consider, approve and adopt the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone as well as Consolidated) for the Quarter ended September 30, 2016. Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company’s “Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders”, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from Novembr 02, 2016 till the expiry of 48 hours after the date of declaration of the aforestated results.
