Venus Remedies Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on November 09, 2016 to inter alia consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results (Provisional) for the quarter ended on September 30, 2016. Further, in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) regulations, the Trading Window, for dealing in securities of the Company shall be closed from November 01, 2016 to November 11, 2016 (Both days inclusive) for all the designated employees.
