JK Tyre & Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 09, 2016, inter alia, for considering and approving the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter ended September 30, 2016. Further, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the "Trading Window" for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from November 02, 2016 to November 11, 2016 (both days inclusive).
