Shalimar Wires Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 10, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter ended September 30, 2016. Further, the trading window for designated employees and directors for dealing in equity shares of the company under Provision of Insider Trading Regulations, 2015 shall be closed from November 07, 2016 till November 16, 2016 (both days inclusive).
