Paragon Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2016 will be taken on record by the Board of Directors on November 14, 2016. Further the trading window of the company shall remain close from November 04, 2016 till November 16, 2016 as per the guidelines of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
