Linc Pen & Plastics Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 12, 2016, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the company for the quarter / six months ended September 30, 2016. Further, in terms of the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading (Code), the Trading Window" for trading in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from November 05, 2016 and will open 48 hours after the announcement by the Company of the Results to the Stock Exchanges on November 12, 2016.
