Arcee Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2016, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter & Half Year ended on September 30, 2016. Further, as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company for all Directors/Officers/Designated employees of the Company will remain closed from November 04, 2016 to November 16, 2016 (both days inclusive).
