Swadeshi Industries & Leasing Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of our Company is scheduled to be held on November 11, 2016, inter alia, to consider the following business: - To approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended on September 30, 2016. Further, as per the “Code of Conduct" formed under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window will be closed from November 04, 2016 till forty-eight hours after the date of declaration of results for Directors, KMP, Officers and Designated Employees, and their immediate relatives.
