Talbros Automotive Components Ltd has informed BSE that a meetings of Audit Committee and the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016. Further, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the closure of “Trading Window” for the above purpose shall commence from November 07, 2016 and will end on November 16, 2016.
