Integra Garments And Textiles Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 11, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited financial Results along with the Limited Review Report and the Statement of Assets and Liabilities thereon for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016. Further, in terms of the provisions of the SEB1 (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations. 2015 and in accordance with the “Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating. Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders" framed by the Company, the "Trading Window” for trading in the securities of the Company by any "Insider"’ covered under the said Code will be closed from November 03, 2016 to November 13, 2016 (both days inclusive).
